"Several years back, I appealed to you for funding to purchase a vehicle to serve our various transportation needs in Kenya. You responded promptly and we were able to purchase a used mini-van which has served us for well over four years now in some of the worst roads in the world. At the time, we had about 400 kids to serve. That number has since tripled and so have the transportation needs. That said, we need to purchase at least one vehicle this year to meet the on-going needs. The cost for the vehicle that we need is approximately $20,000. I am appealing to everyone who can help with this need to please make a one time designated gift for “vehicle”.
